ABOUT ME
My name is Inna Ahlm, and I am a Certified Psychosynthesis Therapist, trained at HumaNova in Gothenburg.
My education is rooted in Psychosynthesis and includes Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), creative methods, and hypnosis techniques.
Through my membership in the Psychosynthesis Association, I adhere to the ethical guidelines established for professional therapists in Sweden.
What is psychosynthesis to me?
My path to psychology was not a straight one: I first obtained a law degree, then worked in management, in an environment filled with stress, people, systems, and tight deadlines.
I studied at the private therapeutic school HumaNova in Gothenburg and chose psychosynthesis as my main approach because it focuses not only on the mind but also on the soul.
My counseling sessions are a place of acceptance, care, and support. Here, you won’t be judged or forced into a mold. Here, you will be heard. Together, we can explore what is holding you back and find a path to inner freedom.
I believe that we don’t just react to life—we create it from within. We are connected to something greater than our fears, traumas, and doubts. And it is this connection—to our true selves—that gives us the strength to change, to heal, and to become who we truly are.
